This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Our host (Cloudflare) processes your IP address to serve and protect the site (legitimate interest: security). We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and only produces aggregate statistics. You can object by blocking static.cloudflareinsights.com or by emailing us.
If you received an email from us
We contact people at companies about an offer relevant to their role, based on our legitimate interest in business-to-business marketing (UK GDPR / GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). In the UK we only email corporate addresses, never sole traders or partnerships.
- Data: name, job title, company, business email address, and public information about the company.
- Source: B2B business databases, public company registers and public job ads, and companies' public websites.
- Tools: Google Workspace (email) and Smartlead (sending). Some providers are outside the UK/EU; transfers rely on the Data Privacy Framework / UK extension or standard contractual clauses.
- Retention: 3 years after collection or after your last contact with us.
- To object, no reason needed: reply "no" to our email or write to optout@noralthire.com. We will not email you again from any Noralt brand. We keep only your address on a suppression list so we can honour this.
If you are a candidate
- Data: name, career history, contact details, availability and expected salary.
- Source: public professional profiles (for example LinkedIn), job sites, or an application you send us.
- Purpose: to offer you roles that match your profile (legitimate interest). We only share your profile with a company with your agreement.
- Retention: 2 years after our last contact.
- Our service is free for you. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to optout@noralthire.com.
If you write to us or become a client
Correspondence is kept for 3 years after our last contact. For clients, contract data and accounting records are kept for 10 years (legal obligation).
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing: email khalil@noralthire.com. You can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) in the UK or the CNIL (cnil.fr) in France. No automated decisions are made about you.
